The picture is much worse than that. The relationship has broken down directly with both the government and the government.department responsuble for power distribution with $ millions owed to WRL and no sign of payment and meanwhile cheaper gas producers like Aminex (AEX) who are backed by a major oman oil & gas family have resources both ready to deploy and have TCF prospective volumes drilling this year, WRL is dead imo.
