90% COS is for the appraisal of the current producing layer, R1/R2 60% is for the Mengo, also appraisal - target = 8.1m barrel gross contingent resource and targeting 500 bopd 25% is for the Djeno sands - Exploration, targeting 58.4 M barrels and 5300 bopd per well.
lol BD, I was wondering if we will get to a point where the value of solo's UKOG shares is higher than the solo market cap.....one to watch for sure, but it sounds like the declaration of commerciality for the Portland is not far away and testing of the KIM is underway.
Final HH-1 Portland flow test sequence successfully completed. all Portland operational objectives achieved. ·    Successful Portland re-perforation programme targeted 114 feet of oil pay, adding 14 feet of new pay. Following re-perforation, well productivity increased by up to 65%. ·    Independent oil consultants Xodus Group's ("Xodus") analysis of flow and pressure data interprets that further HH-1 Portland vertical well optimisation could achieve a forecast sustainable initial 24/7 pumped rate of around 362 barrels of oil per day ("bopd")* when full scale long-term production commences, exceeding original estimates. This analysis is key as it establishes the absolute flow potential of the Portland reservoir for future production wells.
The Company's economic modelling indicates that HH-1 Portland is robustly commercial at even the lowest observed sustainable daily rate of 140 bopd and at oil prices below $60 per barrel. A formal Horse Hill Developments Ltd ("HHDL") declaration of Portland commerciality is therefore expected shortly following receipt of Xodus' final connected oil volume analysis. A planning application for long term production is planned to be submitted to Surrey County Council shortly, prior to the completion of the forthcoming Kimmeridge EWT programme. Full-scale long-term production, targeted for 2019, is subject to co-venturer and regulatory approvals.
We are also due news on the KN-1 well remediation in Tanzania and the "stuck valve" at least, not expecting anything on the perforation of the deeper target for a while unfortunately.
Don't know about 5p or 10p on CH-1? it all depends on what they find down there. Certainly the farmout deal is supposed to be all done and dusted by the end of November and the EGM before.
Near term I am expecting an update on KN-1 and progress on the valve as a minimum.
Not sure Drewky is making any Judgement on the merger Tarry, just that it is the expected outcome? Also they mentioned the transfer of staff to Zubairs I believe?
