The have already invested $16.8 million in Aminex and have now proposed the $40 million to aminex and the $105 million spend to bring it into production. The deal is expected to be all closed, done and dusted in November, that was the original timescale and nothing has changed.... as yet

Feels a bit chicken and egg Crusty, the farmout is dependent on the licence but until the EGM vote is complete and the GOV approve the farmout nothing moves on? Is the licence issued to the JV as a whole?

Well now thats out the way they can release the circular and announce the EGM date, could be later today or more likely next week?

I don't see them flipping Ruvuma until post C-1 drill steve, the last drill increased resources 10 fold and the C-1 drill is looks bigger, unless of course the get an offer they can't refuse.
