Whats bad for Tanzania is bad for the East Africa as it sets a bench mark.

The cos here is 90% for the first zone, 65% for the second and 25% for the 3rd, I feel this is a better BET based on the COS than the pure Wildcat drills going on elsewhere.

Yes I was surprised at how low the cash element was willow. Still they have a $40 million cash and carry to production of $10 to $40 million earnings with a mcap in the 50 millions so should do well.

The value will all depend on what the C-1 drill brings in, currently appraisal of the 763 BCF 2C + 900 BCF giip depper target which may ot may not be oil.

either way I think it's a good strategy to wait till post C-1 drill before any sale of the asset.
