Regardless, the BOD should show some confidence in their assets and take a leaf out of the new solo bod's book who have bought up 10% of the companies shares with their own money and detailed that 50% of their salary will be based on Share price performance next year.

Quite agree, Share price performance related pay I believe is the plan for 2019, but there again with the BOD spending all that money buying shares, I guess they are expecting a very good return on both their shares and the performance related pay.

We will have a better idea at Q-4 close and Q-1 end for the performance direction.

In fact it's a little more than £750,000 because JF bought around £600,000 early on so it's closer to around £850,000 pounds the BOD have spent buying shares, not including those that they have taken as salary making it closer to £1 million.

Got to give the new bod a chance caddy, they jumped in putting their money where their mouth is with a 10% holding in the company and have already monetised one asset. The next asset on the list is well over 10 times the size of the one just monetised, I don't believe they can do anything to speed up the Tanzanian Gov but they can put some pressure on Aminex over KN-1

Each to their own point of view DPL, but UKOG will be needing a load of money by year end to get HH into production DPL.

I think they are doing the right thing, they have bought 10% of the company @2.25p and above and having turned a 45% profit on Horse Hill are increasing that profit with the sale of UKOG shares before UKOG come to the market for more cash to fund the development and drill more wells.

They made 45% profit on the transaction and every share they sell above 1.92p (looks like they probably did that yesterday) is more profit on top of the 45% SOLO - strangely are making money on money.

Lol don't start on the MCAP UKOG are valued at over 100 million with bugger all production and an asset that is a fraction of the size of solos who have a market cap of 13 million.

The large upside based on that calculation is all here at solo and the demand curve shows 140 million scuffs a day by 2021/2022 willow, Tanzania has 3 gas burning power plants coming on line by then.

I have a lot more money here than at UKOG for that very reason.

We will see, it took them ages to get the 150 day testing approval willow, never mind a production licence. I hope they get it quickly and do start producing by the end of 2019 but there is going to be little in it between the two as first producer imo and 1 well at Ruvuma will produce more than all the planned production wells at Horse Hill.

The Omani Zubairs will be the operator willow not Aminex, you can forget all about them. They have a development plan and a 25 year development licence submitted last September awaiting approval. UKOG have not even started theirs yet. I would not be surprised to see Ruvuma in production before Horse hill to be honest.

Thats wrong again Willow, Ruvuma is due to be in production by Jan 2020 @ 40 million scuffs per day and 140 million Scuffs per day by 2021/2022 as per the independent study by GE.

Indeed, currently UKOG have 11 million barrels of connected from the Portland with an expected recovery of 5 to 10% so 1.1 million barrels V 126 million barrels 2C @ Ruvuma.

I think people just don't understand the magnitude of Ruvuma.

I hope both do well willow, I have shares in both after all.
