The question for me is how is this PSA terms review linked to the LNG PSA talks with the majors that is due to be concluded September to secure the $30 Billion investment. Surely General PSA terms must be laid out by the Government before this can conclude?

I am thinking Q-3 for the licence, or at least I hope so, gives time to organise the December spud date like the last 2 drills.

Your numbers and dates are all wrong Frank. It did 5 bag from 2016 to 2017, reaching 18.5p during the NT-2 appraisal drill which increased the discovered resources 11 fold according to the CPR. The next drill is targeting an even larger additional 1 TCF of gas, just need the extension licence to be delivered....

No reason at this stage not to believe that this BoD will deliver as promised on a deal imo, they certainly have all the credentials for selection & negotiation.

Ntorya and the Farmout is fully dependent on that licence being issued in Q-3 or they will be hard pushed for their usual December spud date, so I certainly hope it's not meterologic winter!

Hi Simon, check my post history for the links, Contract review is now completed for all 11 O&G companies in Tanzania and PSA terms now being modified. Not suggesting the licence will be issued tomorrow, just that we have confirmed progress and the delay is not specific to the JV or more to the point SOLO.

Hi steve and AA, quite agree, 26th March was the last meaningful update, so almost 3 months ago! You certainly can't accuse the new BOD of over doing the PR or ramping!

I feel much more relaxed about the extension licence now it is 100% clear on the Gov delay and the light at the end of the tunnel, but surely the BOD should be close to a deal by now?

Since the Gov announced the review criteria in parliament in Nov 2017 and reported back to parliament end of may this year with the result and next steps.

Don't know about prayers, just waiting for the Gov to finish their review and issue the licence, thats it really.

At least we know exactly why we have been waiting and that it is nothing specific to the JV and SOLO but applies to all 11 companies operating in Tanzania. At least the Gov is now reporting progress on their review.

Just thought I would give you the choice to withdraw Kejoglo, I will amend your target to 1.25p, and it's 2 years not 3 since the NT-2 drill results and the 2017 18.5p, Government contract and PSA review of all companies being the delay as I am sure you are now fully aware.

I seem to remember you calling sub 1p for a few months now Kejoglo and that was your last post, I will of course remove it if you prefer.

Keep your eye on he Tanzanian newspapers and reports on the gov review, nice all the contracts for all 11 companies is now complete.

Looking forward to that licence, been a long enough wait!
