Hi Steve. Most broker notes on AIM tend to talk about asset value and upside, none of that in the note. So it suggest to me they are softening everyone up for a sale of Ruvuma at around or just above the broker note value of $20 mill.

Lets see.

Indeed AA, it is a straight asset value for Ruvuma Minus the CTG tax of $2.5 mill based on a sale price of $20 million + HE1 shares @ current price + cash. SO pretty much what we have all been saying here, base case with 0 upside.

No upside valuation used at all so a base rate based on Ruvuma sale and 0 change to the HE1 SP on drilling.

Read it, 2.2p valuation as it stands today.

No sign of it, if it's there then they have done a great job of hiding it, what a joke.

Around the price the buyer is claiming to have bought in matherdj, negotiated buy or otherwise? It has been a good few days here and unexpected from my side. I thought it would remain under the radar till at least the end of the summer, massively wrong there!

Price is not likely to go up 32% on a £75K sell, large volume today. Monday should be interesting.

No worries, it's hard to get your head round it if you are used to Hydrocarbons, I think they claim that the 138 BCF is equivalent to about 14 TCF of Natural gas.

Helium is worth around 100 times the natural gas price.

AEX now 24% up after a 35% rise yesterday, Ruvuma?

Very interesting, AEX has been know to be leaky previously, could of course be nothing other than like here the assets are worth more than the market subscribes and people waking up to the point. Was hoping to build a bigger stake in the low 0.4's over there as have been buying for a few weeks, but still might get my chance again if it's nothing.

Much the same as you Crusty, surprised at such a steep rise and expected to have longer to build down in the 0.4's Still like you say.

Currently up +35% It decoupled a long time ago SF.

But they have cash for 1 Million options at such a low price, did you not read the RNS, nice to add to the 21 million now @7.6p

Wonder if or probably when they will pick up the other 1 million share options @2.5p to add to the 21 million shares in HE1 that SCIR already own, over 3 bags at current price.
