Not much movement here as a result of HE1 currently at 8.1p representing £1.7 million based on the 21 million shares SCIR hold here or 21.3% of the current mcap
Thanks Colin, quite relaxed about my price @ SCIR, if they sell the asset then cash will be twice current cap and if they don't then it's a huge drill to be involved in :)
1.0 The appraisal portion of the drill performs (low risk) 2.0 The deeper exploration in the Jurassic with the almost 1TCF additional target.
If both come in then the NAV will be significantly increased, but more to the point any sale would likely then be dependent on the 25 year development licence and GSA at which point the asset becomes extremely valuable.
Around the time they said they would deliver a deal I do believe, question is can they deliver that without the sale of Ruvuma?
Regarding Ruvuma, it's a win win for me at this level, if they sell it then they have millions in cash worth around double the mcap, if they don't then they have a massive high impact drill over the licence (pending end April extension of course)
I think it is too early to say ref Ruvuma joel, as I have been saying for months, I don't expect any movement (if any) till post licence extension due before the end of April.
Massive bargain if a drill or drills come in that is dai2belts :) Indeed SCIR need to see 10p to break even, although they did pay for a lot of that in shares and gained another 5% through the CEO processing the 2D data to ID the current traps for drilling.
Wonder how quickly they will process this 2D infill?
There are other elements beyond the pipeline matherdj, including the gas plants coming on line to feed the HV SADAC and the likes of Dangote. The big prize is for sure the gas pipeline to Uganda and Kenya and the 1BCF demand per day the TPDC forecast in 2/3 years
Easy to see fast price action when so many of the shares are out of free float & won't be the first or last time, might even be a few more bites before the drilling.
Hi SF, I still think it's interesting the Dangote tour of the Wells at Ruvuma, it could possibly mean an early 25 year development licence, EPS and off take agreement/GSA a lot faster than currently planned.
Happy I have exposure to the asset outside of SCIR should they sell.
