I smell an SP decline to 23's or lower , then we are sitting pretty for the initial offer at 40p , take out in the 50's. Suits me , just my thoughts.

All looks good in writing , SP still in decline. I would have thought the bridge completion would have had some impact re Gipave but nadda , not good. This share is becoming a big disappointment in my portfolio. Even if it stayed steady I could be happy and wait for the good news , but it would seem people are losing patience with it and taking the small monies invested to buy more lucrative stocks. I do intend to hold but jeez what a boring hold.

Anything 10 bob and above will do me. Nearer 20 bob would be a dream , but alas no such heights here I don't think.
I will be glad to see it done and get my cash released.It's pretty mundane being a TRUE SOLGOLDER.

Great board of late , full of fiesty discussion & the usual boys club with their own opinions , knocking the 8ite out of each other.

Price predictions on this one is a fools game , one poster amongst us had it at 30p in August and I think 40 or 50p in October. We didn't get a sniff of 30p. We need to get over 35p to get a dip back to it. If it were so easy we would all be rich.

They supposedly have groundbreaking technology , where is it? Any sales lately? The past three years could be "lately"...., and if you accuse me of deramping check RNS's out for sales. Looks like the same crock of cr*p that cost me a few quid two years ago. Not to be trusted , trade it if you can but that's all its good for.

It's a tad depressing we always seem to be on the back foot , in the red. We need some good sales here to boost this into the 90's at least , fed up being stuck in the same range for what....nearly a year barring the covid dip into the 50's. Come on DC.....

40/50p not even by Oct 2021 , so sorry cannot agree.

Personally I can't see BHP going to the calendar , realising it's Oct 15th , then remembering they can now bid for SOLG and will put the bid in by 4.30pm. It ain't gonna happen. And as Quady keeps harping on , why no other bids? Are they too waiting for BHP to look at the calendar?

And we'll still be circa 26/ 27p..... post , during and afterwards.

Ok so FATJENNY has me filtered but has stirred the old boys club up with 17 recs , well respected individual. He put me down with disdain about four weeks ago , no need , he was just bored of me. , didn't like my jib.
As I said last week , the boys club soldiers on.

The problem as I see it is oil is an out of fashion sector and will never be back in fashion. Green energy is what the world wants. We know oil will be required still , but I suspect it will be cheap as green energy becomes more mainstream. I doubt you will find many big hitters investing in the FI. And there lies the problem. I spoke to a broker just this week who commented on not investing in oil again.
A long slog ahead here maybe for nothing at the end. Oil certainly could stay at $40 or below for a very long time. Have you not heard of covid19!

On a positive note imho a close above 27 , just in my eyes now Quady , you probably see it different!

I don't know Long , and I wouldn't take the gamble on what I hold, so not selling. Just saying will add in the 3's should it get there again, would not be surprised at all without news as that is the current pattern.

I don't mind sitting on my hands and waiting for possibly another 7 months for my significant shareholder return. I don't think our CEO would exaggerate either , doesn't come across as a bull sitter . Hoping to get some more on the next dip into the 3's too.
