Malvern is pleased to announce that it has agreed with with KSP Investments Pte Limited ("KSP") that of a further £178,404 of its loan to the Company will be converted into 3,568,080 ordinary shares at a conversion price of 5 pence per share. Its only been 2 weeks since the results and trading update was published. The comprehensive update signals a lot more to come. Patience is required. The conversations and feedback I have had from the company has been very positive. There are a lot of nervous holders out there which gives opportunity for others to accumulate. When the news does drop there will be little opportunity to get in with any size. I have added a further 1 million on the recent pullbacks based on the risk reward. Plutus are operating in the right space at the right time. The UK energy supply crisis has never been so evident if you dig a little behind the scenes! GLA and DYOR.

No stock in the market. Market was bidding 500k + at 1.245p when the bid was 1.2p. I could not buy 100k (NMS) online had to FOK at 1.3p which moved up the bid up to 1.25p. Only 1 MM left at 1.30p.

I could only get 200k at 1.25p just now. MMs soon moved up 3 v 2 1.2-1.3

the MMs do not appear to have any overhang here. On the contrary there was a premium on orders for +500k (when the bid-offer was 1.10-1.15), hence my combined 700k purchase was split 500K + 200k FOK.

Since the strike price was 0.75p for the call options the directors have maximised the amount of net shares they could get by selling to cover before the options expired. I don't think it is the case they only wanted 3.75m. This is the residual net gain for them without putting any money upfront. Of course if they had put upfront £75k they could have the full 10m at 0.75p. Onwards and upwards :-)

there has to be a mistake here. When they exercised the 10m call options at the strike price of 0.75p they needed £75k. It looks as though they did this by 'selling to cover' with the 6.25m sold. This would need to have been done at 1.2p not 0.75p to get the appropriate balance of net shares.
