Dear Sir/Madam, I am a shareholder in Travelzest and have been for some time. I wish to register my disgust at the treatment received by TVZ shareholders recently when it was decided that we were of no significance. Some shareholders have lost considerable amounts of money and all because a small group of people at the helm of the company decided that wealthy businessmen/women were of more significance. I am now part of a fast-growing shareholders' movement which will continue with all possible means to ensure that ordinary shareholders receive some form of compensation. I sincerely hope that the Board of Directors can sleep easily at night knowing that they have deprived honest people of their cash but, if at all possible, the shareholders' group will cause them some sleepless nights.

What does that have to do with anything? I don't and wongt accept your 'challenge' as it is utterly besides the point. The point under debate is that you said 'reality' and '99.9% certain' when what you were expressing was your opinion. There is a world of difference.

I am not being aggressive, I am being forthright. There is a difference. You do not know what want to hear, at any level. Your two posts linked '99.9% certain' and 'reality' together. Taking that at face value you assesrted that with a 99.9% degree of certainty (which is les than reality) and giving us some 'reality' that the company was doomed. What you may have said, with jutification, was that in your opinion the company was doomed. You are entitled to your opinion as is anyone else on here. However, when the TVZ BB was quiet I seldom noticed you on here arguing against the share. As soon as either a bit of upward momentum happened or, as yesterday, the shares were in serious trouble, you appeared with negativity. I am certainly not being rude - I am disagreeing with you, forthrightly. Your last sentence is a far cry from 'reality' and '99.9% certain'. You shouldn't be so defensive.

You don't know what I want to hear so please don't presume to do so. You are injecting reality? OK, bearing in mind what reality means, tell us why it is 99.9% certain that TVZ will fold? Remember, reality and certainty.

website has published the fact of the takeover (you all probably know that already) so it would seem, as someone said below, that court approval is a formality. I wonder if we will need to wait for the Supreme Court approval before tradinf in the shares resumes.

Have you potentially lost money in this share? Either way, what do you get out of your remarks? I assume you have made losses on AIM shares or do you always only make profits. Go and gloat somewhere else, son.

locked in and there's nothing we can do about it. From my research I still think we'lll be OK as the board were clearly not willing to sell out too cheaply. The BOD will renogiate the debt or the company will be taken over. We, as shareholders, may get nothing but I don't think that is likely. Patience must be our virtue now.
