Forgot to add that the weak 6/1 mortar is then diluted even more once brickies come back from tea breaks as hoddies need to turn over with water to make useable again.... This could happen regularly during hot weather!
So the majority of new houses are so small you couldn't swing a cat in them & now the joints are flaking out.... Its not good.
Rough brickies on price work results in the standards being dropped dramatically. Subbies are using cheap labourers who haven't a diggery doo on how to mix up a nice bit of Donald duck (muck or mortar) Suppose the next scandal will be lack of wall ties - damp tray & insulation.... I seen it many a time. There's allot of so called trades men who are as rough as F.
A trading indicator I use, but I stress its a monthly time frame indicator. There's approx 9 or 10 trading days left in this month so let's see how this plays out (not looking pretty though) Don't mean to alarm you... Let's hope I'm wrong.
