not sure the exact day matey,ive spent the whole damn weekend trying to find out.keeping it velly velly close to their chest.ive got 1.5mill saying its good news :-))) remember the precise wording of their updates? doesnt change the outcome.theyce had expensive,and i mean expensive legal advice,they are holding firm,mediation or court,they have upper hand.

yeh.was in small a while back,not much movement so far for me.regarding txr.i dont think the company has factored in the bulk zircon shipments going to china this year with their figures? as this is a new venture with the new links to china?

yeps.concur,up on nvta and mta big time,crud on cyan and plus, up 60k on txr.best stock i got with little risk,her good stock best sub 1p around.news due shortly on insurance.spent all weekend fishing on txr insurance.theyre keeping it tight,cant find jack.your 7 mill sell on her? hope not. :-)

my lloyds nominee shows txr as a full blue buy(maxed out) on jcf analysis and finally,eps 0.37,price earning ratio 35.6,ebit has gone from -3.36 in 2009 to + 3.4 for 2010.improving all the time. :-)

no worries missing last time,you had a plan,medium to long term,so its fine,u aint lost nothing,you picked a price to leave or time then keep near to it,u know as i do, this will be plus 30p before the year and i think even higher,they will rewrite its target price at arbuthnot soon,probably waiting for ins news to add to rns before deciding target.if positive news they might target plus 30p short term rather than year end?

yeh. iwas considering moving a little out for profit,but the moment the news hits on insurance the shares will scream up,the mms have seen this stock 3 day high rise,they know there will be some topping off,but they will nail us all on repurchase, they know the insurance news is imminent,and be sure as i believe there isnt many mms selling txr,they will be aware of the news the moment it lands,after all they make the price and are they poor?

she may retrace a little,due to profit taking,some will get out temporarily for the prof,but they risk the imminent insurance news which hopefully will see her go 18-21p.so you top off,and get back in but maybe miss the boat on the next up,which may happen shortly if ins news is good,or u hold nerve,hope she holds tomorrow and monday with momentum,then goes higher again on the insurance news,which might tomorrow,next week,week after, or interim statement to keep us huessing and people get bored and get out?

so folks we sat here patiently for a year some of us.who would have thought we would see the day that TXR price was higher than Kenmare (kmr) a competitor,eh.kenmare went to the market for rights,got a loan to pay its debt?.txr got money from us to sort the dredge and make 56% energy/productivity savings.im so glad its txr and not kenmare,maybe kenmare will see sense and come on over? :-)

lots of top slicing going on.waiting for the insurance,been in too long to slice,she needs to maintain momentumfor next week,with the news being positive? she will really set light,i believe the last few days have seen nothing compared to a positive insurance result.Hallmark,i wasnt too far out last week eh(only by half but optimistic?) :-)
