Morning Mr Mole , yes prostate biopsies are not the nicest of experiences as I had two @ 68 and 24 cores over a two year period and agree that the Parsortix system will the way forward in the future and importantly minimising costs to the already stretched NHS as I dread to think of what a biopsy and surgery costs . I tried to get on the the testing scheme at St Barts but unfortunately timing was not on my side as I had radical surgery 10 days ago.......keep smiling and gla .

Wolfie I think you have hit the nail on the head giving a vague if ,but, maybe, RNS without too much substance would make a few panic and dive the sp.....been done before for sure for sure .

Let's hope for a good day tomorrow but this is AIM with the so called imminent RNS which could be positive or include a few negative words and put this in reverse ....don't jump the gun until the tortoise is over the line .
