Update on Non-Binding MoU with HH Private Office



Oracle Power PLC, the AIM listed international natural resource and power project developer (AIM:ORCP), announces that further to the announcement on 29 July 2020, the Board of Oracle and The Office of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum ('HH Private Office') continue to work closely on the evaluation of potential mining opportunities in Africa.



Following the completion of initial assessments on the iron ore asset in Guinea which was referred to in the announcement of 29 July 2020, the Board of Oracle and HH Private Office have together reached the agreement that they will not pursue this project further and instead will jointly focus on additional opportunities within the natural resources sector in Africa. The Company will provide further updates regarding these opportunities as they arise.



Naheed Memon, CEO of Oracle, commented:

Nice. Hopefully the price will go up a bit and steady. I’d like to see it at 0.8 and be steady for a few weeks, in anticipation of Thar news. Anything else would be a bonus.

What a fantastic interview, full of prospects and positivity for shareholders. If people are considering investing here, then all the reasons are laid out clearly as to why you would. Indeed, as with all shares the price can up as well as down - that's the speculation. But who would not want to be in this now? People wanted news on Thar, well there it is plus a load of extra bonuses thrown in. The timescales are what annoy people as they want a quick return, but 2020 was never going to allow that ....we all know why. This will reap rewards for all us long term holders and believers in the vision.
