Anyone know how to find information on the helium project status.

I looked for GNG partners and found nothing.

So they are getting 710K revenue a day. That's 7/8ths of the cup full. Any you look at the 1/8th empty.

The saying is normally looking at the empty half cup.

Not sure that anyone remembers here that KON 15 is still being negotiated to that deal is in the pipeline.

Kon 19 is signed so planning is progressing.

The Government has announced another 20 possible areas to bid for.

The fields are being developed.

So yes would be nice to have some updates but not sure which extra deals you want from the company.

Hi . I Just reread your comment on the update. The problem is that the increase of EPS is not solely connected to revenue.

The 20 percent increase of revenue will be linked to a increase in expenditure, tax, amortization etc. The usual long list.

It will basically depend on the costs involved in increasing the business and these are normally spent ahead of time.

Raxfactor :- your comments on design changes not being paid for is a thing of the past as far as I know. It was a problem in software contracts in the 70's and 80's but companies learnt and will these days have built in a clause in the contract which said something like "you can make a number of minor changes up to a cost of x amount in total but after that it will be paid for. All changes will effect the hand over date. Major changes will be charged and effect the hand over date."

I Think modern companies are aware of the effect of changes and try very hard to get it right.

This was not the first time this type of construction has been built and contains no new ground shattering developments.

Roxi. What is your source for this CWLH upgrade. Jadestone has it at 40 mmboe and 2c at less than that. So you seem to be claiming a 15x increase.

I think the basic change was an increase in operating costs which was driven by R&D. This would result in a lag in revenue.

We are now seeing the results with new orders and new or upgraded products.

I think the actual assets of the company actually increase more than the loss so the capital increase but they made a loss.

Remember that showing a loss is good for tax purposes.

The company had 840,000 bbls when Azule closed. So after lifting in june of 450,000 bbls will mean another lifting can take place in July.

As they get about 200,000 bbls a month there should be another in September and hopefully another in November

On top of the 390,000 you can take it that they have the 6054 bbl for another 7 months which is about 210 days.

That approaches another 4 loads by the end of the yead .

So your 2024 revenue is going to be about 226 million for 6 loads (including February).

Waiting to finalise would me my guess. I am sure that some posters can work out what the situation will be in terms of debt when this closes but have not seen any posts giving estimates.

Looking at reports for previous years the results were usually posted in April or March. Only last year was May and there is another in June.

Obviously waiting for finalization as the income for 2023 is affected by the acquisition being back dated.

Sterguson91 - I have just one comment on your explanation. The assets of the company are reduced but with fewer shares the amount of money paid in dividends gets to more per share (unfortunately bonuses will also rise).

Also is the money is from cash earned then in future that money given the same earnings can be used for growth, investment and larger dividends.

So there are plus sides to the share buy back.

It seems the European commission have just approved the take over.

Would be nice to see a message as to where we stand in finalizing this.

Guess from the increase in share price there may be some who know.

I note 2 things. The RNS gave no mention of the interest rate. Hopefully it is vatable. The money is for projects which will either provide a one off profit or hopefully a continuous revenue stream.

The also still have another 17 million to invest in other projects (maybe less after bonuses).

I am hoping for breakout but it really depends on how the money is used and what revenue streams are generated.

This deal seems bad. The items that R&Q are committed to from the purchase price seem to be there to make the price sound better.

The capital contribution to Accredited should come with some value like shares or be made by the buyer.

I am not sure what the extra collateral is for but if it is accredited then the buyer should be paying it.

The assumed debt 0f 27 million from accredited should not left with accredited.

So at best 27+76 million =103 million should be deducted from the purchase price with the buyer just giving the money to Accredited.

So the purchase price is actually 362 million.

If the collateral is for Accredited then another 40-80 million need to be deducted from the purchase price.

My take was the asset prediction when its all done. Before the 100 million is the fact that assets are close to $1 per share.

I just hope that the other assets are real and not intangible assets.

The link says everything has been reported so there was a notification. Looking in google Barbara Contini seems to be married to Henrik Stigell a financier so maybe he transferred or it was inherited.

Do you think the board is actually working or have they gone on a long cruise around the world.

A month should be enough to say if the negotiations are continuing or not.

At least give us something positive that boosts the share price.
