How are they going to pay off the eye watering debt and is there a longer term sustainable plan underpinned by agreed and signed contracts that will allow H&W to continue to operate as a going concern. If a sale is in scope to satisfy the debt then that'll be an option.

The difference between the people that are in there now and JW is that they're businessmen, he's a buffoon that pretended to be one and got emotionally wrapped up in his "Strategy" and just kept borrowing cash, fleecing shareholders underpinned by a plethora of lies and hope.

Please don't talk sense BT. Doesn't fit with this board. The way I see this is the £20M will cover them commercially until they come out the other side as a different H&W, if they even do.

That 20M won't last long either. I can see a massive scale back at the very least. I wouldn't be surprised if they carry on with their part of the FSS as that's a solid revenue stream but the Opex has to be balanced and currently it's miles away.

Restructure across their assets and head count will be the first step so they've got a chance of making it work along with absolute focus on their revenue streams and not pie in the sky garbage.

Reality time. H&W aren't ship builders, gas or hydrogen "Leaders", Ferry operators or anything else.

One good thing, JW gone officially and they're going to focus on the core business, which means all the vanity projects like IM will be binned off, they were ONLY used for JW to line his pockets with raises driven by false hope anyway.
