There is a place for Electrolysers & irs in hot climates where the sun shines & the wind blows. The only cost effective way of making green Hydrogen.

I also believe this is seriously going to impede Electrolyser makers receiving contracts for making Hydrogen in Europe or any other cold countries. Because simply put, it is now substantially cheaper to use Afc Energy Ammonia to Hydrogen cracker units to produce the Hydrogen here & the only place it will make sense to use Electrolysers to make green hydrogen is in hot regions.

Another major couple of points are.

How the Hydrogen economy is going to work Hydrogen is produced in Hot countries like the middle east. It is then converted into Ammonia to be shipped to cold countries such as Europ & the UK, because this is the most cost affective way to transport it. When reaches the European ports. It can either be transported to sites as Ammonia or cracked back into Hydrogen in the ports. As it is alot cheaper to transport the Hydrogen to the sites where it's needed leaving it in Ammonia form , Moduler Ammonia crackers are going to be by far the cheapest & Safest way to crack the Hydrogen on the sites where it's needed. In yhe amounts required. But either way, this Ammonia needs to be cracked back into Hydrogen, wether in the ports or on site. So this is a win, win for Afc & Hyamtec. Because we have the most efficient moduler & Scalable Ammonia crackers. These will produce Hydrogen for £10 per kg . Way Substantialy cheaper than anyone else can produce it even with subsidies & making it the same price as diesel.

Also, he stated that Memorandums of understanding are all well & good, but especially regarding the Cracker technolgy Hy-5 units . Something more substantial will only be accepted by Afc . In other words the huge demand for this cracker Technology means these customers are going to have to put their money where their mouth is to be first in line for orders. This will bring in even faster revenue.

Also stated by CEO John Wilson was "5 fuel cell contracts to be signed very very soon"

Basically this is the state of play !

It is now obvious that the Ammonia cracker modules producing Hydrogen from Ammonia Onsite & On demand is going to be huge & will produce the fastest & largest amount of Revenue for Afc Energy plc, & Heres why !

This is why Afc have decided they have enough Fuel cell units already produced & stored for the time being to meet demand.

So they are now going to divert funds to the Hy-5 Ammonia cracker side of the business, because the demand is huge & they know this will be the fastast route to revenue growth. This is a very shrewd move & here are the reasons why !

1. These units are Moduler & can produced at scale.

2. The HY-5 will produce Hydrogen on site for £10 per kg, way below any competitors price even with government subsidies.

3. They can produce 500kg a day..

4. Our competitors are even enquiring about the technology as stated by CEO John wilson.

5. Larger Ammonia crackers will also be produced for companies such as Chemical plants, Power plants etc.

The opportunity is huge and that is why any availble funds are being diverted to the Cracker production side. This is one golden opportunity for Afc Energy.

Well 5 contracts about to signed in the "very very near future" CEO John Wilson words yesterday.

Also it sounds to me like , as he was saying about "Ebd to end Hydrogen Solution " provided by Afc Energy. These products are allaldo going to be leased as complete systems ; ie Afc Energy providing Ammonia deliveries, Ammonia cracker & Furl cell. In order to make the system alot cheaper & affordable for customers. Making it the same price as Diesel.

Very clever CEO in my honest opinion.

& one of the most intresting points John wilson CEO stated was that " Memorandums of understanding " are all well and good. But he stated that under his watch, there is going to have to be more meat on the bones of any agreement whereby the intrest in shown in the ccracker, which sounds considerable will have to be backed up by the intrested companies with more than just a Memorandum of understanding & instead some commitment to revenue at the end of it for Afc in order to place their orders. ( Commited orders ) backed up by a spending commitment, in other words.

Very shrewd if you ask me.

John wilson stated they are pausing production of fuel cells at the moment, as we have enough for what's needed at the moment. This was being done to divert funds to the production of the cracker units, which will bring in revenue faster.

I think this is a very clever move because it's obvious that the intrest in the cracker sounds like it's phenominal. This makes total sense business wise, customers want it quicker so we are going to provide them quicker.

I didn't say they'd gone to Tamgo, I stated what Gary ballard said which was " we have sold & are selling units into Tamgo" which is true. Idiot.

Gary Bullard ( Board member ) alone now holds 3,500,000 millions shares after his recent purchase. So if something huge isn't coming, all I can say is he must be an absolute idiot.

Anything that would be market sensitive would need to be announced by RNS. Other than that. I agree, the CEO & other board members are loading up on shares & they are not stupid enough to pour money into a lame duck. They know what's coming, there's no mistake about that.
