It applies to any company that produces Hydrogen in the UK. At the moment, any electricity used to produce Hydrogen, the company has to pay a levy on the Electricity. used to make it. Afc Energy use Electricity to produce their Hydrogen in the UK.

Yes, but that presumes they already have concrete information of what is already known. Not the likelihood that it is certain something is about to happen. Say a major contract signing. Which until signed is not a certainty. There for under the rules, they can still release the information if the contract is then signed.

I have just throughly researched wether a company can release other price sensitive info straight after or shortly after buying shares in their own company. The answer is they can release market sensitive information regardless of a director buying shares.

Enough capital to speed up cracker units production to deliver even earlier.

Enough capital to speed up the end to end production, ie;Ammonia supply-cracker unit-Fuel cell & finally the Electricity for powering an infinite number of deployments.

The company will be so important to the Green revolution that should knows how far the share price will sky rocket to.

1. Ammonia cracker Customers/Partners & investors to shortlybe announced.

2. Brand new S+200 kw on site with Brett aggregates running seamlessly onsite 24/7. It as already produced over 2.5 MWh of power.

3. Enough 30kw units with customers & in inventory to meet near term demand..

4. Delivery of first unit out to Tamgo ( Exporting & shipment problems now sorted out for future deliveries.

5. Acciona unit out on site in Madrid, should be info dhortly on wether they will buy or lease & any more orders.

6. Government green grants etc due
