Yes, so new shareholders see it. Just because you've seen it doesn't say others have.

I know Ade, but the grant Karl bostock was referring to wasn't counted in the Oct end 2024 figures.

So it will be in figures this month.

Also you're right they will probably secure further grants between now & year end.

Also all AFC need to do to raise any necessary cash is charge the first customers of the cracker units a deposit, the same as any other business does.

There will be a queue for the cracker units a mile long. So they will quite happily cough up the deposit.

With the S & P 500 company covering costs as they have agreed.

I don't believe funding will be an issue whatsoever. So no need for a share dilution.

The grants etc were not counted in last AGM report. The figures counted on the last video presentation, were only upto Oct 31st 2024.

So Grants etc will be in July 25 presentation.

There is also Revenue from Nifty lift & Soeedy Hydrogen Solutions & other units they have out on lease to consider. It's all money coming in.

I would think Afc will be getting funds from the S&P 500 Company well before they need cash. Especially as the company is intrested in production of the existing cracker units being speeded up & also the development of bigger Crackers. So I don't think there is any issue with funding until next year. By which time the money should be rolling in.

3. Global Joint development agreement signed with major S&p 500 company for varies size cracker units. This company is also reimbursing Afc with all development & production costs for speeding up production of the units.

4. Agreement signed with Major UK chemical company for Cracker technology units & revenue in early 2026.

Not a bad track record in six months.

Production & development costs taken care of.

Ammonia supply taken care of & customers for the Hydrogen supply taken care of with chemical company.& the Major S&P 500 partner.
