These are the first Nifty lift models that will be using Afc Energy fuelcell modules. As per previous RNS by Afc.

2. Global production capacity agreement signed with mass manufacturing giant VOLEX.

3. Global Joint development agreement signed with major S&p 500 company for varies size cracker units. This company is also reimbursing Afc with all development & production costs for speeding up production of the units.

4. Agreement signed with Major UK chemical company for Cracker technology units & revenue in early 2026.

Not a bad track record in six months.

Production & development costs taken care of.

Ammonia supply taken care of & customers for the Hydrogen supply taken care of with chemical company.& the Major S&P 500 partner.

Well said Ade, even without a rabbit the orders for the Ammonia cracker technology units will as I speak be rolling in & they know it. That's why they are all on here this morning trying to rescue their lame Helikon duck.

My feeling is, only one more order announcement for the Ammonia cracker units & all these Helikon shorters will be gone. With huge losses I might add.

& the next order is coming along with plenty of others, so get you're suitcases packed & ready.

Afc's plan for Revenue growth will hopefully get rid of these shorters.

Hydro- Jen, you have a handful of posts on this board. None of them positive. So for what reason have you suddenly appeared. In my opinion simply to drive down the share price.

Either because you've sold & are now trying to drive the price down, so you can buy back in. Or you're shorting the stock. Simple.

Well of course it wouldn't be £850 million all in one go.

If you read properly what I stated.

One single deposit for one large cracker unit Order would eliminate any finding concerns.

& considering how popular our new tech is. We are going to have no problem picking up very large orders in deed.

So just one significant Cracker order announced now with a deposit secured. Would totally eliminate completely any cash short fall there may be from March 26.

& as we all know contracts could & may well be signed the next week or so, or even days.

Especially as even if they did require a small amount of funding to mid 2026. They would need only a very small amount befire significant cash was rolling in.

If we take that to the next level regarding Afc's intention to increase revenue to £850 million.

Even with the lowest deposit of 10% means, That is a cash injection upfront of £85 million.

Certainly wiping out any need for a share dilution, even with only a fraction of that amount.

It isnormal practice for the production company to secure between 10% & 20% deposits for orders. This shows customer & suplier commitment to a production.
