Yes it is the Chairman of Board from Komatsu in the middle of photo at Afc Energy.I have just compared various photos & used Google reverse image search Must be something big for the Chairman of the board to be there.

This is a huge Japanese company & they havnt come all the way to Afc headquarters for nothing.
