Less of the abuse, we all have our opinions about Afc & Adam bond, who is not my favourite person after his recent trick.

If they do let's hope Afc negotiate a % per kg cut as well as the buy out figure. Which is well in access of ghe companies current value for the Hydrogen cracker technology.

If they do sell I hope the deal involves a % of payments for every kg of cracked Hydrogen to customers. Aswell as the buy out amount.

Would fit in with Air Products production of Hydrogen at Scale.

This would make perfect business sense for Air Products. Getting their hands on the Latest cracking technology developed by Afc .

Air products recent sale of part of the Business for $1.8 Billion dollars.

They are now concentrating on their Industrial gas business & Clean Hydrogen at scale. This could make Afc Energy plc a very intresting acquisition for Air Products with Afc Energy Ammonia to Hydrogen cracker technolgy.
