Dear Sirs,

Thanks to an intro from Kenny Trotter, we are making an inquiry on our requirements.

AFC has been known to us for the last 4 years, initially corresponding with Dr David and later with Graeme. However because of the inconsistent availability and unviable price of Ammonia in Malaysia, we kept to Methanol.

To cut a long story short, our efforts in promoting Fuel Cells to Telco was a waste of time and hence, both Raj and I went back to our roots in O&G and succeeded in selling and installing 3 small DMFC (SFC) systems on 2 unmanned platforms. Country Star became the 1st ever company to install a FC system on a platform. Exxon was the very first customer.

Now, we are being pushed hard to offer 50kW - 250kW systems to the Nat. oil company, Petronas (and others too). These requirements are both for off-shore and on-shore installations, and shall utilise Nat. Gas. Obviously SOFCs would be required. There is indeed a big opportunity in this region.

Would you therefore be able to work together in these opportunities? We will be able to provide the gas specs.

Just received confirmation that the company have contacted Afc Energy & thanking me for putting them in contact. E-mail states technology required for some major oil & gas companies, including Petronas among others.

Balfour Beatty have between 200 to 300 generators on sites at any one time. That would be an extremely lucrative contract for Afc Energy from one Tier 1 customer alone.

I promote Afc products on LinkedIn & have just received an enquiry about Afc Energy products from a company in Saudi Arabia. So iv forwarded it to Afc. Let's hope they act on it.

Belfour Beatty have also had multiple visits to Afc for training on fuel cells. All good stuff.

Well as its the first year of the joint venture & they both put £625 thousand into it. I wouldn't expect them to mention anything about Fuel cells. They don't mention individual pieces of equipment they rent out here & there.

30kw units currently being built & Delivered to Speedy Hydrogen Solutions for Tier 1 customers. Started in April 24.

Ammonia Cracker currently being put into final design ready for customers ( as per video interview with Adam Bond ) proactive news.

First Revenues in 2025.

Nifty Lift contract supplying fuel cell Modules for H2E Tele handlers. Moving onto their bigger models in due course.

Tamgo first orders expected.

Acciona ( further orders expected )

200kw currently well through CE marking for delivery to ABB, Proceeding to other customers in due course.

Get Your facts correct. The contract for the ABB 200kw unit states end of 2024. It's currently well through CE marking. The fact that Afc were hoping to deliver it early, doesn't say they will. New Tech takes time to get right. At least now it's nearly ready to go.

I would say these are definitely to huge buys at close. I would say ptice is to high to be anything else.

Afc, you owe the shareholders more information & updates. Get a grip.
