Though i do think the company as excellent products for the market. Even if the board need a bloody good kick up the ass.

Could be anytime judging by past history. I would guess, maybe end of october beginning of November, this is what annoys me about Afc Energy's management. They dont give enough & in depth information often enough. They are their own worst enemies in that respect.

I have put my money where my mouth is.

But at the end of the day, you need to make your own decisions based on your research etc. I would say its virtually a certainty that further orders will be picked up at an event of this size. So iv taken my gamble based on the Ammonia cracker, Soeedyhire & Nifty lift contracts. Iv left out ABB & ACCIONA for the time being. At least until they both place further orders & CE marking etc completed.

Well it's a huge event with over 45000 trade visitors. I'm sure there will be plenty of orders.

& as far as I'm concerned it's subject closed. It's water under the bridge. Let's hope they've learned from treating shareholders in that way. Because I certainly let them know what I thought about it at the time.

& I repeat the only shareholders able to participate were those that dealt through the 3 brokers. & as the whole dodgy deal was completed in 2 days. Other shareholders were frozen out of it. & wether it went up or down isn't the point ,as you well know. The point is the offer should have been available to all shareholders.

If I feel like sounding off I will, so don't try to tell me what to post. My whole point is if they've been valuing the company at upwards of £1.25p a share for years. Why did they put a deal together with their mate Peter Dixon Clark , Adam bond & the rest of the board valuing the company at 15p for themselves & their mates. Most shareholders were frozen out because they dealt through other brokers. Now I actually value the company alot higher than Peel Hunt, especially with the Ammonia cracker. So I suggest you get your facts correct before thinking you run this board & can tell others what to post.

I wouldn't trust Peel Hunt predictions as far as I could throw them . If as they've been stating for years, the companies worth £1.25p .let's see them explain why at the last fund raise they put together an offer of 15p a share to their Institutional investors mates & the the board of Afc . This was when the share price was 19.2p . Peel Hunt & Afc Energys cheif finacial officer put the deal together. Losing me over 25% of my investment in one day. Trust your own research & instinct, not these conmen.

I mean doing the maths at share price before new shares added & after using abit of division gives you a quarter of the price before admission. So 10p divided by number of new shares gives you 2.5p
