Its probably me but I do find the Wardell report hard to read / understand.
Capital costs are presented at $801,000,000 and total Opex at $2,346,000,000 over 11yrs.
$2,346,000,000 / 11 = $213,273,000 Opex pa x 3 = $639,819,000 + $801,000,000 = $1,440,819,000.
Are they suggesting, in simple terms, this area (7.95km2???) will generate c,$500,000,000 pa income to achieve 3yr payback.
Dare I say any response gratefully received.

Each to their own of course but Im curious why you would consider bailing out now.
It seems like 2022 could be the inflection point (or year).
Not without some risk obviously but the potential upside from here could be many fold?

I dont have the technical knowledge of some on here so I really do appreciate the sharing of knowledge / insight.
However the fundamentals I have grasped along with the size of the potential markets we are entering in to.
So although I am £5k down I will be buying another 250,000 shares as soon as I can.
Im very lucky at aged 51 I can do that and wait a year or two.
The potential rewards are so significant they counter the risk for me.

I have little knowledge of this sector and what might be a fair benchmark of value but as those with a greater understanding have already pointed out, the potential here just seems extra ordinary.
I wonder why the serious investors / IIs in this sector are not staring to take positions (perhaps they are?) or are HEMO just one of dozens of biotechs with huge potential...
