I personally do not believe there is a delay.
from what I read these submissions can take a considerable period of time to get right - and it must be right - it cannot falter (for many reasons obviously).
I go by the RNS from last July - Im hoping CAR T goes for formal approval this half of 2023 - if this is slips way in to 2H23 then I may be concerned - not until.
