When I reflect on this company I can barely contain my excitement. I only see good things from the arrangement with Prevail. I know the more hard nosed may disagree - but as JHFH points out you either consider this to be make believe or not, that really is the bottom line.

I haven't been disappointed by the share price over the last few months as Im fortunate it has allowed me to average down to accumulate a significant holding. The current mcap really is nothing when compared to peers (better than me have given plenty of examples of the transactions in this sector). I do see the risk of further funds being required through trials but as Charles Archer articulates - there are numerous possibilities.

It was poignant to hear the death of Anna Chancellors daughter Poppy this week at the young age of 36. She was diagnosed just earlier this year - another reminder of how aggressive this leukaemia is.

What ever issues one may have with Dr S, as a CEO, Im in no doubt he is doing is utmost to get HEMO CATR T to trials asap, and ultimately alleviate the suffering this cancer brings.

are you saying CAR T already proven so HEMO CAR T of no value - who has proven CAR T with AML?

Yet again Radio 4 this morning reminding of the power of CAR T therapy,

(after chemo and bone marrow transplant didnt respond).

I dont feel the benefit of this therapy is a secret in the science world (and beyond) - far from it.

Just need the CH lifted...

are we speculating that the data already provided by HEMO shows a higher probability of side effects compared to other CAR T treatments - if so how do HEMO address that given this is a novel CAR T...

(CAR-NK appeared to be effective BUT many patients received subsequent treatments (like chemotherapy) soon after the CAR-NK therapy).

I think we all accept we want to get HEMO CAR T into clinical trials asap but in the grand scheme of things, if its within 6 months from now, (fingers crossed), is that really a big deal - are other treatments for AML going to leave HEMO for dust - Im not convinced they will. If HEMO can reduce arm to arm time as the trials progress then great - but the most important thing of course is that patients go in to remission with minimal side effects...

I guess this boils down to whether you believe Vlad will resolve this or not.

Im happy to average down - potential reward still significantly outweighs the risk for me.

We can all write on here what the hell we want - I dont believe is makes a jot of difference to the sp - sentiment has been hit so the herd move on - but if Vlad sorts this in the next six months the herd returns...

This is his life's work and he has brought in experienced specialists to assist in getting him to this point - I cannot see how he would let this fail now...
