Obviously, except despite many claims no one has shown any proof that he sold shares after the DaaP announcement!

Why would he come back to haunt us by declaring the DaaP sale, everyone had had written it off, and he could of just faded in to the background, and avoided all of this???

I can only see us getting anything , if Amit actually has the £275M, if he is lying, then he is guilty of lying, and probably no more, unless he has collected money since the mention of the sale. that would be a matter just for those who bought more.

So assuming he has the money, then My question is : who gets it, I have heard say, on here, that only the lit group will benefit, but how can that be, If someone owns shares in Ctag, they are entitled to their share of the £275M

Many shareholders gave up on this years ago and a significant number will not be up to date with what has happened, not everyone reads these boards, if they have seen the web updates only they may assume the money is on the way, My point though is If I had £20K in this and ctag eventually hand over the money, even if and only because of the litigation, I would still be entitled to my share, whether I knew about any of this,or not

if the proceeds actually only went to the group, then the group effectively have other shareholders money, that is not possible.

Dougb189, I have asked this before and had no answer, So I assume there is an obvious answer, Which I do not know, but why do we have to wait for funding to call an EGM, pretty sure we could have got 10% of holders to call this anytime in the last year or so!

I have quite a few AIM shares and you do see odd things happen with the SPs, but I have never seen any share like this, we have day after day of blue, and the SP goes red, we now have a stream of red and the SP turns blue. I am tuning out and await the inevitable great news, which is to follow, and at that point we should see a fair reflection of the value of this company, and as a bonus, the derampers and shorters move on to another share.

What they hope to get, is a lower price, for entry or any shorts hey may have

Why can we not , with 50% of the shares between us, call an EGM and remove Amit, take over the company and see what has been happening?

Each time we start to rise, there are lots of smallish sells, someone or group are trying very hard to keep this SP down

I would be willing to fund this action, if I had any proof that it is actually ABH making these statements, I am of the opinion it could be someone else, in which case there is no funds to chase! and therefore no chance of recovery, what makes you so sure that any of this is legit?
