1984, how are you going to register was the question, you have no contact with cloudtag, the shares are not on a register, and the company, said a year ago, there will no be no future transfer of shares, So how can you buy them?

How can you sell them?

I thought it was no longer possible to transfer shares?

Licence Payment Update - Final Information

Further to the update issued on the 10th June, we have been informed by the Paying Agent that the initial tranche of notifications should commence on time later today and will continue into the early part of the following week. Please be assured that notifications shall only be delivered during normal US business hours.

The email from the Paying Agent will consist of a link to the agent portal where shareholders will be able to access all details in relation to the payment process.

The Company remains under strict non-disclosure agreements. All further updates will be published on www.cloudtag.com. so if agents exist they are in the US, so 8- 10 hours depending which end of the US they are based

I have a cert directly from company and hope to inform later!

Ouch, left for work this morning feeling pleased with a day gain of £2470, and returned to see a day loss £2250,, was it really necessary to issue that RNS... cannot recall ever seeing an RNS regarding how much the Sp has fallen in a day!!!
