The Company notes that the settlement agreement with GSPC has not waived the unpaid cash calls and accordingly, the Company maintains its rights under the JOA. During the September 2019 quarter, Oilex received no payments towards outstanding cash calls from its Joint Venture partner. Total outstanding cash calls from GSPC - Est. USD$5.690 MM (inclusive of the Est. USD$2.636 MM pursuant to the EoD).

The New Market maker seems much more controlling of the share price than the previous, we get much less volatility and the spread is nice and tight today something I always approve off... Tight is better right boys and girls? hehehe

My only concern here, is i can not see how quickly GSPC has to decide on any bid they receive, that is no time limit, and each bid has to be good for 180 days. That is a long time, when Oilex is under so much financial pressure.

it means the Market Maker is not doing it job well and has run out of shares or is holding back shares.

This causes liquidity issues.

Except Share prices are often irrational in behavior, as shares price often build in future estimated profits or losses.

You can not tell if it is a Sell or Buy with AIM, it is estimated based on the strike price. So these could buys at a low price for instance.

They want Cambay developed urgently.

I have confidence the 3M cash debt will be resolved in time, some sort of settlement, will be agreed. I have dealt with Indian companies in he past and they are terrible payers looking for excuse after excuse to not pay. You just have to methodically removed the barriers until they run out of excuses.
