If MC wanted this to fail like a lot of you are implying, why has he got 4.5m shares in the company?

Now don't get me wrong, I personally would have liked the company to have pushed onto production a lot earlier and the delays have destroyed us. Poor decisions have been made over the years when you look back and hindsight is a wonderful thing.

Mako managed to fund production with no FS and a tiny resource. Rio2 managed to agree a 85/15 debt to equity for roughly $100m and they didn't even have any bloody permit (which have now not been granted). MC should have done better with his background in finance etc.

DDD, unless we see a massive tide towards gold miners and then juniors, I'm starting to accept we are going to be taken out for lower than I was anticipating. I am thinking somewhere between 32-40p.

Marathon had a NPV 5% at $1700 gold at $630m CAD, sold for $325m CAD. Pretty much 50%.

50% of our NPV would give $210m USD. Then minus Nicaragua and size of deposit, I would be hoping for $100m USD minimum.

Jim has 9,999,999 warrants at 15p. So that will give us £1.5m and take us close to 200m shares. I'd be very surprised if he doesn't cash these in. I would expect that will be enough to keep the lights on until we finalise a deal. Some ifs and buts though, e.g. remaining land, do we still have to fully pay for the sag mill (I think we have $500k left to pay for it from memory).

Roxi, the government/ministry of mines won't just let us sit on this. Concession permits will be up for renewal, the government want to see foreign investment coming into country. We can't just sit around for years and years waiting.

DDD, although the US sanctions doesn't impact on us directly, I think the indirect effects are enough to impact our ability to raise the money for the mine build.

That's a fair point Frenchie. The lack of information has not helped the share price one bit.

Zhaojin mining again doing M&A. $400m USD on a producing mine of around 105-120,000oz, around 3.5m Oz deposit. Not looked at it any deeper.

Seingred, if a reasonable offer doesn't come in, we'll have to put up a small plant and crack on. As far as I'm aware, Randy Martin is still a shareholder and may have some contacts/experience in this.

Simms, I'm not too sure on a deal this month. However, I would be narked off if there is no deal/offer on the table by the 1 year anniversary. So basically, I think I'm going to be narked off lol.

Sakura, from MC. That is the advice from the investment bank hannam and partners. Although annoying as we've no idea how long this will take, I am reassured by the confidence of a sale which marries all the communications that the board has given recently. I don't know anymore.

The company has been advised not to set a timetable and the board is still very confident of a sale.
