From my brief understanding, there is no harm in saying whether there are high or lower offers. It doesn't breach anything. It's subjective.

I'm not sure it's better off to build this ourselves slim. Rough numbers here but at 60% equity of $110m is £50m. If you raised £50m at say 20p, you are adding 250m shares. Then need to fund the company for 2 years G&A costs, plus any warrants and outstanding warrants, you are looking at around 480-500m shares in issue. You would need to company to be worth £250m to get to 50p a share. Whereas hopefully we can sell for above 50p a share and get that straight away without the hassle.

Some very leading questions from Paul Harris, particularly around the 9 min mark. Darren doesn't really give anything away. I still think they aren't the top dog bidding for us. Darren is conservative on the POG in regards to not overpaying for something which he alludes to near the end. At the same time though, he is relatively positive on Nicaragua and from the sounds of it, if they did do M&A, it would be in the jurisdictions they already operate in, in my opinion.

Simms, how are we led to believe we will be sold this month? In the latest proactive interview Mark stated that they are looking at another site visit at the end of this month. I can't see it happening that quick. I'd be surprised if it is done by the end of the year at this rate.

Don't know ICB. There are just over 5.8m warrants at 35p that expire June 2025. That would bring in £2m.

Sorry, should be £1.084m in cash end of June. Then add £220k minus costs from June to now. We should be fine for a bit longer.

We had circa £950k end of June but that was cash and cash equivalents I think. Happy for someone to double check this as loads of tables to look at. We then raised £220k in July. The past 6 months leading up to June 2024 we had spent £500k ish and had cut back on costs by nearly 50% from the year before. If that is the case and no big outgoings i.e remaining land we might be ok for a bit?

Worth watching this. Just had a 6th non-binding offer in the past 24 hours by a Chinese company which is 'high'.

Hard to know whether the higher offers would be acceptable to the rest of shareholders/whether Jim's expectations are too high/unrealistic. I would happily accept an offer between 45-65p at this rate.

In the crux interview Mark mentions about offers that have been low ball but also one/some that are 'materially' higher than the current share price.

What I don't understand is, why can't we put out an RNS about these offers. Even if they are rejected, at least the market would know/likely respond to the highest offer knowing the BOD want higher. Why can't there be a clause in the NDA to state when an offer is put on the table that we can declare it.
