Managed another 10k at 13p to add to 25k, wouldn't be a bad idea for Ovb to cash in another couple hundred thousand Poly shares.
Added 25k, poly shares now £20+.
They started the year with 1.4m and subsequently sold 630,000
In February and March 2020, the Group, through its subsidiary, Silver Star Ltd., sold 145,000 shares of Polymetal 2.2m euros
24 March 2020, the Company’s subsidiary, Silver Star Ltd., acquired the remaining shareholding interest in IVIX LLC for a total cash consideration of €4.6m.
They had 10.2m Euros cash at year end so 2.4m to make up above purchase. Add in 630k shares and about 21.6p a share : 81.5m shares if you exclude treasury shares: cash and equivalents, 14m euros tax losses and probably paid over 10p a share for IVIX.
Will multibag once go ahead given.
They sold 630k during 2019 and a further 145k in Feb and March but also have a decent cash pile.
Been buying quite a few over the last month and yesterday seems to be first decent volume day, trades suggest either news next week or tipped in tomorrow's papers. I don't think they done up the website unless they expect plenty new visitors shortly.

If there are 4 days less letter delivery, it gives posties the time to take precautions rather than rushing round at their usual speed.
Surely it makes sense to cut letters to around 2 days a week at most and let posties deal with the increase in parcels and packets that are being order via online shopping
Whoops wrong board, thought I was on royal mail a minute ago!

I Was told tonight to buy this straight from the off tomorrow morning, are you implying otherwise and why?
That was explosion 3 months ago.
Not quite up with you Niles but I've 445k shares and just into profit myself as well.
I'm going to hazard a guess that sol-1 is below expectations and reason they decided on Friday to fire out the RNS.
They mention an offer for the full company and offers for assets individually, those didn't just happen on Thursday evening so I'll feel better tomorrow if I'm proved wrong and both wells get announced as being in line with expectations.
I feel JW is very conservative with the truth and I only bought in after he made his last purchase but he seems unable to annnouce bad news if and when itv arises.
Not a lot time you take redundancy, debt and lawyer fees etc.
Plenty of talk on royal mail chat of 3% savings on delivery and cuts to staff.
Posted on Thursday so great effect today, dividends do not control a share price, only earnings can do that, we await Rico's update on making RMG a 7 day a week parcel delivery company and fighting the USO.

High volume in a rising market is positive
A word of warning, delivery offices over the country have been dead since new year, forget Tuesday's update, that's a given, it's how Royal Mail become a parcel/packet 7 days a week. Failure to move and we can wave goodbye to ever seeing £4 again. So forget the numbers on Tuesday, letters have fallen off the cliff but royal mail are in pole position to be uk's main parcel delivery company
I've worked as a postman and for amazon, royal mail's parcel/packet delivery is a joke, I would definitely concentrate on changing this and a 7 day delivery on them.
Won't work everywhere but are you telling me sorting them in glasgow and then delivering to local Delivery offices to stick up in their individual wee dookits and they're falling all over the place to be put in bags and some in vans as they are too big and I'll bet you taking a full shift out straight from the mail centre to deliver saves a fortune would it not?
It's not a case of results being in line FI, its what are they going to do to increase profitability, having worked as a postman, in a large mail centre and with Amazon, I've seen how parcels are sorted into post codes at the mail centre then distributed to each delivery office who then divi them up to each individual.frames for the posties to try and squeeze into their bags on each round.
All these small parcels and packets should go straight out to delivery from the mail centre and leave posties with letters and doing Sunday parcels will see a lot more work from Amazon and retailers. This is a company badly run making a profit and if transformed is a great investment from here in my view.
