RE: Palumbos all time low catalogue.5 Sep 2024 10:23
the technology works the management team doesn't
we have:
i) a charlatan c**t of a ceo who is happy to rape shareholders over and over again to gift an advantage to his z-list mates.
ii) a liar of a soon to be ex-coo who is running away to hide as his continual lies now become more and more difficult to hide.
iii) a cto who can't even spell technology on his cv!
iv) an ex-labour mp chairman who has overseen the remuneration committee continually over-rewarding an incompetent bod whilst drawing £70k a year salary for doing so, who has also contributed to the financial destruction of one of the largest utility companies in the country (thames water) as his other side gig.
we have numerous joint ventures that have delivered a sum total of zero value add to the company.
we have a mdc that is fastly becoming an absolute albatross around our necks, has cost the company millions, is financed to the hilt, and resulted in us gifting nearly 20% of the group to pitcole in exchange for allowing them to bale on their miniscule investment in the plant,
we have north fork which is still not operational after 10 years and over £8m investment, which although we reportedly still have a sizable holding in we never get an update on.
we have idex in france which is supposedly going to be the project to turn around the company by have been presented with nothing but silence for over a year.
we had a 100-1 share consolidation because we were close to the nominal value and where are we sat at once more less than a year further on, after a further 96% destruction of shareholder value?
we have now 3 company brokers because not even 2 could offload confetti as quick as dumbo was printing it.
we have reportedly 'pivoted' to a less risky business model, but 3 years on still don't generate enough cash to pay the salary of the "skilled" engineers that do nothing but sit around with their thumbs up their ****s.
we have z-list investors now so deep in the fabric of the company they are eating the company from the inside out, and congratulating each other on social media as to how well they are doing it !
we have a nomad that seems to be willing to allow dumbo and co to get away with clearly questionable decisions but repeatedly happy to sign them off as reasonable.
pis failed to arrest these issues at the last agm by getting rid of palumbo but instead gifted him pre-approval for 230% dilution of their holdings which he took less than 6 weeks to do 66% of and still has another 400m burning a hole in his pocket.
it's clear that a mbo is the target, even dumbo failed to deny that when queried about it just 14 months ago stating "not at this price" which was 80% higher than it is now, so maybe "at this price"!
in summary pretty much a car crash at the moment.
