My order for 100k went through at 1.84p this morning.
Just spoken to my friends, 3 of us decided to hold onto our 3.5m shares as long term investment. Counting all the shares held by other small investors/traders the max number of shares in free float will now be 9.5m shares. BTW, I have just placed a 100k order at 1.95p, wish me luck in getting it filled. GLA.
Correction : I overlooked one of the directors 2 million share holding, so the number of shares in free float is 13m not 15m as mentioned in previous post. http://www.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=48016884&symbol=mbw ""Mr. Pakendorf will be issued with a total of 10,000,000 Convertible Preference Shares of 1 pence each ("CPS") in lieu of salary in four equal tranches during the first four months of his appointment. If Mr Pakendorf elects to convert the CPS' (before their automatic conversion when the share price of the ordinary shares reaches 7 pence per share) this will be done at a price of 5 pence per share and he will hold 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 2.53 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company. The CPS' are issued on identical terms as were approved by shareholders at the General Meeting held by the Company on 31 May 2011. This share issue is deemed to be a related party transaction for the purposes of Rule 13 of the AIM Rules for Companies (the "AIM Rules"). The Independent Directors of the Company, who are independent of this deemed related party transaction for the purposes of the AIM Rules, having consulted with Charles Stanley Securities (the Company's Nominated Adviser), consider this award of CPS' to Mr. Pakendorf in lieu of salary to be fair and reasonable insofar as the Company's shareholders are concerned. """" The point I try to make is, after doing your own research, you decided that MBW is a good investment, then try buy before all the shares are moped up by others.
http://www.mobilewave.com/rule26.html From the ablove link, its easy to work out that there are only 15m shares max in free float. 1. Atta who posts in Advfn bb holds 3.5m shares (He has very bullish views, hope he holds for long term) 2. Djepson said here that he holds 1m shares ( intent to unload when Sp rises) 3 Couple of my friends hold 3m shares (long term investment) 4. I have 470k shares (long term iinvestment too, internd to add on SP weakness) All share placement, convertible loans and direcdtors incentives are priced around 5pps. Market cap for Cognito software division by wet wet frog Fundamentals of Cognito legal software division:: 1. Filo range of softwares proving popular and making in road into bigger legal practices. 2. Increase budget spent to accelerate growth in 2011 3. Evaluating potential acqusition targets 4. Strong management/staff and excellent customer satisfaction feedback 5.. Division made £237,000 profit in 2009. Latest trading update said profit in 2010 was materially above market expectation. Lets assume Cognito made £300k in 2010 and will make £350k for 2011. For a PE of 15 (IMHO,reasonable for a profitable growing business),Cognito should be valued at £4.5m and £5.25m for 2010 and 2011 respectively. At interim (30 june 2010),the company had no debt and net asset of £2.7m, over £1m of which are value of land and cash. At 1.7pps, market cap for the whole company is £4.7m. How interesting!!! Investors actually put a negative valuation on the e-bikes and solar businesses. What's more interesting is the fact that the company is confident that ~£3m of e-bikes be sold in Benelux alone........:-) If you disagree with my assumption and calculation, why not DYOR and play with the numbers , see for yourself and come to your own conclusion.
