Great set of results however they have been what I think "overly pessimistic" on the outlook and I think we may see a down day....I hope not as I said those results were good....

This is a great buy small but nice divi sponsors all main Saturday night television World Cup coming up and I love Pizza (lets not get personal) and growing very nicely.....

Small steady sustainable rises in the SP will do for me....fantastic growing well run company still a strong buy for me more so than BOO its quite hard for me to say as I own both.....

Debt is of no concern if its manageable and in Sagas case it most certainly is....on top of that the debt is being reduced anyway, this will be a great growth and divi stock and can see the SP heading North over the next few months, I doubt we will see 10 and 20% increases but small steady incremental will do me as some have already mentioned the only people with real money at the moment are the middle aged to retired.....this is a strong buy for me....GLA

This deal will fall apart thats why the VM sp is sitting at 340p it should be �4 plus the market has no confidence in the deal and I for one hope it fails VM need to stay on there own for at least another 2years then they will be worth multiples of this....

To be honest I would rather see IAG take a step back from this purchase as I can see them paying over the odds and return to the table in 12 months IAG are totally undervalued at the moment there P/E is crazy compared with the sector and they have literally billions in the bank with free cash flow going barmy its a growing company in a growing sector can well see this at over �8.00 before year end...

Held this stock for well over 10 years now the divi has been absolutely fantastic over that period so for me although it would be nice to see the SP rise I am not at all concerned, in that time I've seen it lower than this and always always bounce back to over 220 so unless your trading or planing to sell soon just sit back and take that fantastic divi.....what would you be getting sitting on cash in a bank ?????? Sweet FA or as near as dam it.....

Yes I think one of our posters is correct I also see above 220 come Autumn....it is nice to see Director buys however I would not call them huge.....take a look at the 10 year chart VOD often falls to these levels and recovers in the same year, afraid I am guilty of jumping in a little early but I still bought at well under �2 and am happy with that, its very difficult to find the bottom of any stock but I'm going to stick my neck out and say we are not far off....VOD have a lot going for them and after those results I would say the ship is turning and certainly not sinking...GLA

Take a look at the charts just look how many times we have been here and lower I might add only to come back into the 220 plus range......no worries here.....buy while you can I say and take the divi.....you will not regret it.....ive been holding VOD for years infact well over ten years seen it all before.....

looks like a DIRECTOR sell has dropped it.....they are as entitled to sell as we are.......still a strong buy for me....

Im sure were all thinking that we were hasty with our top up now but like I said its very difficult to pick the bottom of any stock.....and ask yourself this why did you top up? my only concern is did Mr head Honcho give Liberty a very good deal on his way out? reason I ask is that I can't really see any reason for this fall after those results, I can only think its something us Poor Mortals know nothing about yet (always a possibility)....

Always very difficult to try and pick the bottom of any stock and tbh I'm not sure how much further this could drop but I would imagine we are somewhere close to lowest levels exc. ex divi day....I still have a lot of faith in this company and am absolutely certain that it will come good most of the cap ex is done and like another poster has already said I think they will concentrate on margins now....it could be that the drop has something to do with the head honcho leaving but maybe we need someone new to guide to the next level VOD are now very well positioned to deliver so lets see what happens....

I hear what capablanca64 is saying....I mean we have now about this license for some time and its not really if we get it its when so most probably is already in the price however I still expect more than a 10% rise as this links a lot of other programs together.....I think for this to move significantly we need blank and white figures showing how much money the company is making.....I know a lot on the board can work out and guesstimate but there is nothing like having the factual figures in front of your eyes......either way this is going much higher from here of that you can be certain we will get a few bumps and scrapes on the way but its north were heading...

I have been holding vod for many many years and its always been a fantastic divi paying stock infant one of the best in the ftse 100 if not the best now their policy is for paying dividends and yes it could always be cut but that can apply to any stock you hold I actually thought the ins was very good this morning and was a little surprised to see it drop I have now added again below 2 pound so I for one am very happy they just need to sort out India asap. this is still a strong buy for me.....

Seems to be a hell of a lot more buying than selling......

@FB ok I am now getting real pi55ed off been trying to buy all morning on HL not for myself but for my kids...only looking to add 5k each can't even get a quote I bet in 30 mins ill be able to buy at a much higher price......F@@K Off MMs.... sorry I am really a little irate if it was for myself no probs.....

As i have said in the past (and a few others) patience is the key here.....loads have been petrified into selling there shares cheap because of trolls and shorters.......well the shorters are on the back foot now and i would like to see a steady rise to the next update...no point in going up 15% one day and down 20% the next....stability will attract buyers here....GLA oh my guess on the SP day before next update is �2.28
