Potter25 you got it bud, the whole caboodle need a good shaken up , they the BOD need to realise this or things will never change.

Make no mistake this placing is both underhanded and disrespectfully towards existing shareholders , the BOD should make every effort to find alternative financing at all times not just issue share at ridiculously low prices because they had a bit of extra rain. Pro active not reactive, stinks of bad management to me .

Its should be a two way thing , they get paid we make some money on our investment. This has been all one way for over 8 years. They have to now show some real commitment and buy stock, if they don,t that shows they have nil faith in EDL becoming profitable....This is not a charity. IMHO

Shake um up and become more proactive , nobody is indispensable . He is paid to look after shareholders interests it,s as simple as that , they need to show some return to the market i.e. placings for growth not just to keep paying the BOD wages.

If they had any respect towards shareholders they would have issued a more detailed RNS today . All we get is a generic response , poor management .

Thanks BMR , was going to chase up myself today , if he's at a meeting i will put it on hold. About time both the JLP & BMR board started working together , i don't get all the animosity . Plenty of profit in the JV for all to make some money/ regain some losses.

This is a typical reactive management decisions shown from poor management . No hint of forward thinking and just resorting to issuing shares at any price , normally at a huge discount. This shows total disregard towards PI's to not give further information in the last RNS. Very very poor management who get an over-inflated wage to look after our interests.

i just got the same email john_z_doe. Still doesn't answer my questions and i will reply later on today . "We have a huge amount of interest for our coal," WELL GET IT SOLD THEN AND STOP DILUTING YOUR INVESTORS. NOT GOOD ENOUGH .
