Boyobach , thanks for your reply, that's how i would add it up Time for me to start pinging off emails to the company, i did the same with PMO after the Jan 2016 suspension and it enabled me to stay invested through the dire times with some confidence.
I like poo at $61.5/62 much better than $55 and i think sustainable for global growth, $75/80 only good for the producers IMO.

The reason i ask is we have company's producing 2/5kbblpd with MC around 50/200m. If we can acquire 5kbbl at $60m this could be one hell of a cash cow moving forward and easily replace the decline in our producing fields. IMO

Tartine what i am trying to work out is this good business , If they could replicate this strategy by adding production without all the work just pay the cash.

You might say that but just a quick glance at the 3 years chart looks to me like company failure at all levels. Needs a good shake up and a reality check. IMO

Could i ask another question to the board . If we are spending $60m on the Chevron Acquisition for 5k/bbl how does that weigh up to what DNO paid for FPM.

Have we now moved into a proactive stage for the company with today's announcement and now have potential traders/investors wondering what next. Predictable gives way to apathy , have they just wrong footed the market.
