Clearly chairman Poulden’s trip to Gibraltar was to sign some contract with the lawyers, as negotiations would have been done over zoom given the lockdown, which also advise against travel unless necessary. I always thought Mode would be taken over in the next 6-12 months. MasterCard and Visa aren’t going to sit on their hands and see their core business getting disrupted, not to mention banks....and finally Alypay to have a strong foot in Europe and the USA ( to be penetrated as per Jonathan). No wonder an American shares website I posted before has £8 and £60 share price in a year and 5 years respectively.

Mms are trying to hold on to as many shares as possible for the US OCT launch- don’t want to be caught without. However the more the relentless buys go on, they will have to take the sp up to entice sellers for more shares. It’s really a case of catch 22 for them atm, as very few if any will sell this side of the US launch.
