ok thanks very much fella,but my guess is the board of findel wont sell us down the river,i dont beleive that they have spent the last 5 years battling to save the buisness just to sell any assets,ie kitbag of on the cheap,just hope its win win allround for findel and there shareholders.

Hello gentleman.what happens if spd do get to purchase kitbag.do they take there 32 million quid out of findel.if they dont.that tells me they are after a bit more.possibly utilising express gifts facilities.or am i barking up the wrong tree.
