its a ploy by sports direct to upset the apple cart a little bit,and to somehow gain a bit of support for there man in the upcoming meeting on the 21st,stranger things have happened in buisness,im sticking by my decision,i dont want him anywere near the kettle nevermind the board of findel,they are a ftse 100 company worth billions,so they dont need the cash,which makes todays rns more baffling,imho,

surely sports direct would have known the share price in findel would have a mini collapse like we are seeing now if they sold some of there holding,so the question is,why have they only sold a small majority of there shares.

So sports direct sell some shares to reduce there holding m8.i think they are trying to getunder the skin of the findel board.as you say put up or shut up.imho

didnt mean to sound so flippant in my last post m8,obviously i want the best outcome for all shareholders,something tells me we wont have to long to wait for an outcome.

Hello m8.when i received my voting paper sat.the letter which findel sent with it.they made it sound like its all out war with the board of sports direct.

all looks very complicated and complex,but exciting none the least,i will certainly be voting against. him joining the board.

Yes m8.its a tricky one.but to hold a stake of 32 million pound in findel.to me thats suggests they want more than kitbag.also i beleive the facilities at express gifts would be ideal for them.imho.
