Agree we need profit but until we get there (if we ever do) current investors, future investors and institutions need to be confident in the company’s profile, the way it’s run and the BOD, right now I don’t believe they are, confidence is just not with us which in turn affects future investments from all sides into Yourgene Health.
When Rees joined the company investors here thought he was the dogs smelly bits, I have observed over time and I believe the confidence in the CEO and the board from the said investors is now quite rightly waining, every RNS’s proves this.
The honeymoon period is over, the tide is now turning, the Institutions are asking questions and soon Rees will be forced into change, it’s inevitable.

Anyway 50p by Christmas according to “ReesLyn aka CooperD Mr50p” which Christmas nobody knows.

So folks not long to go now until Christmas and it’s pretty obvious we’re not going have a 50p by Christmas SP, another poor prediction by “LeesRyn aka CooperD Mr 50p”.

Anyway two years ago on 24/12/2019 Yourgene SP closed at 13.25p, we’re now at 12.87p so its obvious to see our investment here after nearly 2 years has returned f*ck all.

Pi*s up in a brewery comes to mind, they know it themselves otherwise they would be investing a few quid of there own money into the company.

ReesLyn aka CooperD Mr 50p by Christmas was asking what salary the BOD’s of Yourgene should get, I’ll just say look at the figures and make your own minds up.

We were promised a good October, what happened?.

It’s warming to see nearly all regular posters on here are now waking up, thinking and asking questions about Yourgene’s management. Shareholder comments may not be directed at the BOD but it’s only the BOD that can be held accountable and answerable to all questions and points raised.
When I say nearly all obviously we still have one exception “ReesLyn” aka CooperD, Mr 50p by Christmas.

We’re still to work out which Christmas, it wasn’t last Christmas and it’s not going to be this Christmas that’s for sure.

Anyone heard how the BOD meeting went with the Institutions.

Snow1, I have similar views and thoughts. I would estimate at least 95% of investors in MODE are losing money. I agree with your comment on the last 2 weeks that nothing seems to be happening, why did Rowland and Liu promote October I ask myself, October was just as bad as any of the previous months. If I’m honest I invested in MODE before I knew JR’s pedigree, if I’d of known I may not of. Mr Rowland has mentioned several times companies are contacting MODE rather than MODE contacting companies, he also has said the advertising campaign would be starting in earnest Q4, so why does the company’s SP suffer day in day out?. Well I’m giving JR the benefit of the doubt for a very short while, we’re invested now so I’m prepared to hang in here until mid December/year end that’s about it.
In my opinion JR should ask Daddy to buy 5,000,000 shares if he feels MODE has potential.
Re Ethereum I’m totally agree, I’m over £400 up on my £5k I invested this time last week. I did hold back in the hope MODE may list ETH, in reality I knew I would wait forever so went elsewhere.

Rees salary (if the internet is correct) is £220k in 2020. Obviously I don’t have other board members salaries but it’s not much of a guessing game to work out that the amount of BOD’s we have and the salary being paid is hindering Yourgene's finances.
Regarding the share options, indirectly of course they cost us PI’s how wouldn’t it?.

Agree moodyrich23, another CEO full of s**t. Both Rowland and liu have both hyped up how good October was going to be and yet again it’s turned into another monthly flop. JR was posting/boasting a couple of weeks ago “you can’t buy for 43p” and now look 38p which is 12p below IPO after all the work that has been done over the last 12 months.
Regarding whether JR can be trusted, well he’s not got the best of backgrounds to date. Although I’m not happy I am just about giving MODE and the Board the benefit of the doubt, that said my trust won’t last much longer.

gali exactly correct, far to many directors for a company of this size, heads need to roll, Rees needs to manage and changes are mandatory.
Where you quote "possibly large salaries" I would say definitely large salaries with large share options.

Very disappointing month for company news this month just 1 RNS as opposed to typically 4 or 5 RNS’s for each month of this year. Several on here bashing CF, I’m still giving him the benefit of the doubt however he’s definitely not going to achieve by year end what he said he would do, I believe it’s only fair CF should now give us shareholders a brief of his latest plans moving forward including explaining the delays.

Interesting to see a couple of the Rees lovers are now starting to ask questions and I sense have doubts in Rees and the board. Nice to see a few questions are now being asked by these guys. I believe Mr bakky and Mr natdan are not feeling quite so confident as they previously were, the tide is turning.
I would fu*king love to see an RNS quoting either a share dilution or more share options for the BOD’s just to see the views of the BOD lovers.
The question is why did these people invest in Yourgene over Fundsmith?, I guess it’s easy to look back in hindsight.
