Well, YJ have had all day on the most basic of questions. How do they respond knowing the answer is going to create such hilarity, best ignore it and hope it goes away : ))

If JC could simply break the habit of a lifetime, and just report in straight lines, these conversations would never be needed. The child like games have been going on for years. CC staff must find great amusement every time they cloud the simplest detail with double meanings and curious 'facts'. If we can't understand what JC is on about, it is no wonder India or the rest of the world want to get involved.

As it turned out, it was the BI joke. They didn't know how to report it, mainly because it wasn't an order at all and has so far been an income negative against H1 due to staff costs alone. End of October is not far away, it will probably be nearer end November, and we may finally get to know what JC's interpretation of 'substantial' is. That is something I always wanted to find out.
