Errr yeah, that $3 million is whole contract, based over 5 years, so $600k pa. around 1 month costs. Not one of these has ever got further than pilot, which is where this one is. The company don't know what they are doing.

The TNEB 'lodge' fiasco years ago is still an open door according to CC. Nothing was cancelled, just days from the contract award they 'lodged' it, as most of us know. Considering how the Cell product was strangely unearthed in a tab nowhere near the front page on the Website, try searching for TNEB or Tamil or anything related on the Website. The archives go back to August 13, TNEB was July 12, funny that. TNEB was the first clue that JC was entering the Mother of all Runarounds, India have not let up since.

Given they can't sell anything, would you care to elaborate on how you know the costs are so attractive, and how CC compare on a price level with other suppliers?
