When you say DYOR, what research have you done to confirm the 'facts' about these deals? You have detail on something CC has not yet released to the market it appears.

So, a business model that works on recurring revenue from a growing install base is what you have invested in, and you have no issue with 2 thirds disappearing in 3 years. Amazing.

tonyj, a bit more for you to DYO. See if you can find out why CC had over 3 million units deployed in 2017 and little over 1 million now.

So, after all this time, CC still have no idea what the revenue level will look like on UK SMIP.
It's going the same way as every other contract, except it cost over £6 million to 'buy it' from another failure in the field.

CC must have confirmed the monetary level of the contract then. They seemed to be struggling to work it out last I heard. Why not post it here, give us one accurate fact for once?

Don't know what you have heard Colour.. I did recently recommend to Capita that they restart Smart without gas. My reasoning is electric meters are literally Tails reconnected whilst Gas as I understand it is an engineering job followed by Gas Safety checks which I believe requires a safety check througout the building.

Anyone got anything worth knowing about SMIP concerning SMETS2 Gas meters. I thought this contract was sorted and nailed down years ago.

IF this goes 100% anytime soon, it might free the herd that got locked at 4p a short while ago.
