The CC solution is specified, or not, when the meter manufacturer wins the contract. That is CC's chosen route to market. EESL were GPRS from day one, and nothing has changed. CC will be deployed in small bespoke arenas, well away from volume. They ramped up production to circa 30k units a month not too long ago. If they can sell on this basis, they may have a chance. Forget White Label or high volume, JC has conceded 500k pa is the business plan.
