tonlie, can you not see how so far Omni has been an absolute failure? It has had global exposure for 2 and a half years, and still this company have to rely on tax credits and handouts just to keep 'trading'. In CS land that matters not, but in the real world, it is an expensive failure that needs to reverse very soon.

Whatever. The smart money was in and out in last few days, only way to make out of this Dog. Anil was replaced because he couldn't land a Kite, and the new fella is a complete unknown to us, and many in India I will add. Don't let any of this get in the way of the facts. Bad revenue numbers to be reported soon, and STILL no new orders. The value of this company is not the question, it is worth it's SP, just.

£1 share value is an ongoing joke here. Current and past Directors will recommend, or bulldoze, at any price that suits them. They have all taken huge sums out of CC, salaries and bonuses that defy gravity. They will only accept what is best for them, if an offer comes along. I am doubting anyone will see enough value to takeover though, the CC solution is far from unique.

This was all put in place weeks ago. Anil has had long enough and delivered next to nothing on his enthusiastic soundbites. Ajoy is older, but doesn't appear as well known as Anil. He does have a historical background, notably most recognition is 10-15 years ago and this puts him in very good company with many past and present board members . I wonder how this leaves Anils over worked team he brought with him.
