Whenever you made your initial investment is irrelevant LTI. To simply look at a window of SP and spin it out as you did is naive at best. Why not take the window of your first traceable post in 2017, when you restate " We have just closed on a new and powerful consortium in Thailand, packed with influential partners."

Directors can buy and sell shares in their own companies during periods when they are not aware of any information which the general public is not aware of which might cause the price to move. If they have such 'insider information,' they are not allowed to trade.

Simples, they are not holding things back , as you now know, the only reason for this is there is absolutely nothing to hold back. They have no orders, yet again.

Confirmed they have shipped 213,000 units this year - 2020. Business plan was 500,000 NEW units each year to lead to profitability. They are still a country mile off break even.

Anything to deflect the fact they cannot sell their product. Elections, Covid, Gov, USA, China.... nothing is ever down to the clear inability of this company.

The company said they would have enough in funds to last at least to April 2021. They are now resorting to loans from Directors and paying salaries from share options. LTI, even you know what comes next.
