Surely the "The submission of our first Mining Lease Application" suggests that it needs approval from the relevant authority? Was this approval obtained? Was it RNS'd?

Just reread one of my earlier messages. I cannot possibly be several hundred percent down at QFI. It just feels like it. Actually over 92% percent down. (And I got an A level in maths!)

It was good to see you back on the message board again Sammi. I hope you are well. I remember some of your wonderful "put downs" in the past. My QFI investment is at an extremely low point but I am still optomistic.

Hugh, I know that you have been following QFI for years, through the Maersk debacle and the contract in Saudi that failed due to some unpaid electricity bill. I have held on and seen my investment decimated by several hundred percent but I really think that something is going to transform this investment. The something being a Morrocan contract and/or the Utah tar sands joint venture. I hope it does succeed for all the long term holders.

I don't claim to be some kind of prophet, or, as you do, claim to be some sort of investing genius. I just want reliable information from those companies I do invest in. What would you say to an investor who bought shares in RRR on the basis of information contained in two Company RNS's, that a completion bonus had been paid to the lawyers who handled the "Greenland" sale and that the money had been lodged in a Cypriot bank? You would just call them a mug punter I suppose.

I don't think MrM is posting false information at all, rather he is posting recent history which may allow potential investors get a feeling for the company and its management style.

There may be more news next week concerning the joint venture in the Utah tar sands. This could be a game changer.

I think there are attempts to manipulate the prices by showing buys as sells. The same thing is happening at QFI in advance of news of the joint venture in Utah.
